Ripening Process Stages at our Infrastructure

  • Procurement directly from the Farmers at competitive price
  • Isolate the hands and wash it by rinsing in water
  • Grading at the customer location itself
  • Transportation in sturdy crates avoiding damage of fruits to the ripening center
  • Cool the produce in cool room, at optimal cool temperature for 24 hours
  • Expose to ethylene dosing for the next 24 hours through automated SCADA control system
  • After Ethylene dosing, continue the cooling process for another 24 hours with periodical exhausting of CO2 from the room
  • Ensure uniform coloring of the produce through optimal settings
  • Uniformly ripened (Golden Yellow & Orange) produce is ready for dispatch
  • Transport the same under ambient condition to selling outlets avoiding degradation
